Liked: Very efficient and secure method of entry to the hotel, checking in process was great with a warm welcome. Room was exactly as described, immaculate and spotlessly clean. As my family were staying elsewhere (I don't camp!) the hotel was merely a place to sleep so I can't comment on anything else, but Shaun and Martin were very welcoming and the breakfast smelt delicious and whilst I didn't use it the bar looked amazing. Plenty of car parking space and the location was just far enough away from the centre of Cromer to be a haven of peace and quiet.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Well located comfortable accommodation.

Liked: We were room only at the hotel so didn’t have breakfast there. There was a lounge but we didn’t use that either. The room was comfortable and pleasant.
Disliked: There was a minor issue with our TV but this didn’t affect our stay.
