Good hotel for a place...

Liked: Great location and good size rooms for New York
Disliked: Swimming pool hours very limited for children Not given full details on bats etc when checked in. Def not 5 star service Didn't get a full breakdown of my bull and had additional charges that I now have to chase

Extremely impressed with the urgent...

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect. The rooms were extremely large compared to many I’ve been in New York. They were very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The property had some very cool designs and an excellent staff.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the pool was only open to those under 21 between the hours of eight and 1130.

Liked: The room was clean and big (compare to other hotels on nyc)Also very quiet
Disliked: The staff was not the nicest.You have to pay to get in the pool (minimum 100 dollars per person!)They don’t write it, but if you want to sit next to the pool you have to reserve a sit, and must waste at least 100 dollars per person in the bar. Very disappointing.

Wonderful!

Liked: Everything was great, the location is super, the design is cool, the swimming pool has a nice view just like the bar on the highest floor.
Disliked: Not enough mocktails - non alcoholic drinks in their bar offering.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location.
Disliked: The pool costs $40 to reserve a sun lounger plus a $50 minimum spend on food/drink and you need to book. Denise, on other posts here you have stated that these costs are clearly listed on your website, could you please post a link to where these costs are specified? Thanks.

Disliked: Furnitures in room broken . They change me for another room that did not correspond to the room I booked . finally they upgraded me . The room of my children had also broken curtains.Some customers do not behave correctly ( in swimming costumes in the corridors and reception) Style is too free style even staff with customers . It was my second time and very disappointed. I will not come back
