Fun noisy location within walking...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Air pressure wasn't balanced, so if window wasn't open then constant whistling noise under the door. Noise became a problem when window open - but which is accepted part of NYC. Pool was only available until 11.30 for our 15 year daughter, and then only available to adults with further payment. Taxi wasn't ready when ordered and premium paid for pre-booked service via hotel. Double beds are small - and wouldn't recommend for more than 2/3 people

The view was amazing and...

Liked: Didn’t have any
Disliked: The pool service is only free from 8am-11:30. After 11:30 there is a 60$ fee just to rent a longer chair and you have to spend a minimum of $50 on food. It is a very small pool area so it gets crowded. Lastly, the kids can only swim from the 8am-11:30am time slot. As expensive as it is to stay there the pool service should be free and include children throughout the day.

Lovely comfortable central New York...

Liked: Brilliant central location, staff very friendly and we were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the Empire State Building
Disliked: We were looking forward to using the pool but it was tiny and packed with youngsters drinking cocktails- the staff also wanted to charge us $20 each just to sit and watch. Very disappointing as the weather was so hot.

Enjoyed and yet felt let...

Liked: Location and view amazing! Also felt safe and really enjoyed the service regarding the room.
Disliked: I tried on three attempts to book brunch to celebrate our daughters graduation and didn’t receive any help in making this booking special - also the brunch was not good as one of us is a vegetarian and the options were very poor.
