Good stay but don't count...

Liked: Great location, great view, decent size room. Lots of food options around. We had good sleep.
Disliked: Room service is hit and miss. Only one cup and one robe in the room for 2 people. Asked for 2, the next day cleaning vrew took them away - so that seems to be the rule - hi Virgin Hotels, this is ridiculous! Asking for something from the Front desk you can wait for an hour, then call again, then be told "it's coming" and wait for another hour

A polished shell, but the...

Liked: The city view was lovely, and I appreciated the seating area and well-placed vanity.
Disliked: Housekeeping was inconsistent — amenities were not properly restocked, and my personal items went missing after cleaning, with no proper follow-up. Also, the hotel felt quite busy and chaotic in the evenings due to external guests accessing the 3rd-floor bar via the same elevators used by hotel guests.

Great hotel in NYC

Liked: I liked that the room had everything you need, and the bed was very comfortable. Also room was very stylish and modern, it had all essential things and the view was fantastic. The location of the property is very central: lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. There are a lot of transportation options so it's easy to get to any part of the city.
Disliked: There was a problem with our billing that we noticed when we left the hotel. If you arrive the next day, they can charge you a no-show fee. Make sure it's not on your final bill. We were able to resolve it. Also, ignore their offer for a taxi to the airport - it ended up costing more than Uber/Lyft.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Location was perfect.The layout of the room was really well thought out.Nice and clean environment.
Disliked: The size of the beds. We had a room with 2 double beds instead of 2 queens unlike advertised.The sky lounge was too loud. We were disappointed by the pool hour policy. Never was it clearly communicated that the pool is only accessible with children from 8:30 to 11:30.

Very good

Liked: Loved the pizza place downstairs, made for a great easy dinner after a late arrival/checkin. The bathroom setup is functional for the space

Superb

Liked: It was beautiful, staff was incredibly nice, and the location is sublime.
Disliked: Asked for replacement towels twice and did not receive them.

Great stay

Liked: Location was walkable on Central, rooms were great, space was utilized well
Disliked: Honestly, no complaints

Bad

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: This hotel was a terrible choice. The price is too high for a small room. On my first night, the A/C wasn't working. The room was at 75, We requested repairs. When we returned from the walk at the city , it wasn't working. We had to pack our bags again to change rooms. The room was simply smaller. In addition, the cap I left in the first room couldn't be found. The elevators are exhausting. I explained the situation to the manager at check out and he didn't say anything. I would never go back to this hotel.

Very nice stay

Liked: The spectacular view in my corner room. Aircon, good bed. Entertainment system.
Disliked: Could be bigger for the price but its NYC prime location.No hair comb ? Personal Kit for the guest could be better.I would update a bit the interior, maybe red is not my thing. Elevator is bit too industrial with acient display.
