Liked: Very clean, super friendly staff, great location 10 minutes away from all the craziness a perfect spot to relax after busy days and nights out

A GOOD START BUT NEEDS...

Liked: The gym fitted with Technogym machines is very good. Best bit in the hotel :)Location is arguably the best it could be, 20 min taxi from the airport walking distance to great local spots.Lots of local parking in moments walk ( $50 = 24 hours ) The library concept is nice actually it needs work but is a better idea of the normal check in areas.The rooms are a nice design with double doors making two rooms.Overall good design direction.
Disliked: Dear Richard,Whist we appreciate the huge effort put into your new hotels, we have to feed back some points to review.- aircon in the rooms didnt fully turn off, is very loud when on. The position blows direct onto the bedhead area.- aircon gave me a very bad chest infection for a wedding i barely made- Toilet room, extractor always on. Sounds like a tractor at night, cannot turn off- Fittings and fixtures not doing well after limited use, would advise better specs/procurement.- 30$ for 3 small bottles of water charge in the mini bar why?- Our bed we basically broken on the end fitted with this padded corner, not a good design, gets in the way constantly.- It would be best not to have your portrait above the bed head, lets say it could be a turn off whilst keeping the mrs happy ;)- The pool its really small, i mean why make it so small? we called its the 'selfipool'- Why do you allow so many people not staying at the hotel to parade through your hotel on a Friday and Saturday from 4pm onwards? Its very, very strange as a guest seeing this 'Essex club style' invasion of barley clad ladies coming through up to the roof for an all important drink next to the tub. Are your venturing into strip clubs? i do fully believe this is at odds with your identity and it is having a negative effect. The visual effect to arriving guests is one of bemusement, confusion and shock.- Staff..( the desk staff are ok ). I would sack half of them and give everyone else a wake up call. You have lackadaisical staff, constantly chatting between themselves is the norm. On leaving 4 bags to a uber. none of your 6 staff outside helped. 4 staff blue tops smoking and chatting to one side do nothing. Presented with two breakfasts, given one set one cutlery. Mrs went over to library staff, asked... was told 'wait' chatted about creams and moisturisers =Mrs not happy, given evil looks.- Beer, draft off for 3 days, brewery 13mins in uber...

Liked: A very well appointed hotel with great music inspired decor. Quiet, clean rooms. Convenient and safe location.

Great location and hotel

Liked: The decor when you walk into the hotel is very nice and we were welcomed right away by multiple staff. It is a nice security feature to need to use your room key to access the floor you are staying on. The room was very nice. We liked having the dressing area/bathroom separate from the room. The beds were comfortable. The mini bar is nicely stocked and somewhat pricey (but to be expected). The room was cleaned daily and great! We definitely will be back.
Disliked: The only concern we experienced was when an outside event was held in the pool area. The individuals were engaging in some concerning behaviors and we were not comfortable at the pool area. The pool then needed to be closed the next day to be cleaned, which I am grateful for based on the behavior we observed. The hotel also allows non hotel guests to purchase day passes to the pool. The pool area is smaller and allegedly hotel guests are to have preferred seating. However it was difficult to find a place to sit and many of the individuals around the pool had day passes wrist bands. We as hotel guests were not assisted with locating an area around the pool.

My stay was fun, exciting...

Liked: The location is perfect for a New Orleans visit. It’s walking distance to downtown and the French quarter.Several restaurants in the area and a grocery store. Neighborhood feels safe and the staff is very nice. This is an amazing place to stay.
Disliked: I have zero complaints.
