Great stay, comfortable, clean, dog...

Liked: Great location, dog friendly and staff was awesome! Room was also comfortable.
Disliked: Valet parking makes you pay all at once in the beginning which was unfortunate as we only planned to park one night out of the three.

Superb

Liked: The staff were amazing and shout out to D'rell our valet. The shower was amazing, however the shampoo and conditioner sucked only complaint. Bed was so comfortable and the blanket was heaven. We had just gotten tattoos so we were not able to check it out.
Disliked: The shampoo and conditioner

It was disappointing.

Liked: Location and outdoor area. I booked for the pool. However it had a private party and was not able to use. That should have been told to me before booking and at check in!!!!!
Disliked: We didn't receive housekeeping at all! No access to rooftop pool!

Perfect much needed getaway!

Liked: We LOVED the location. It was away from the noise of Broadway but an easy walk to get there.
Disliked: Our only complaint was the maid service only gave us one washcloth everyday when they made up the room…and there were two of us.

Liked: Location was great, new hotel so everything nice and shiny (and red)
