Superb

Liked: The staff were amazing and shout out to D'rell our valet. The shower was amazing, however the shampoo and conditioner sucked only complaint. Bed was so comfortable and the blanket was heaven. We had just gotten tattoos so we were not able to check it out.
Disliked: The shampoo and conditioner

It was disappointing.

Liked: Location and outdoor area. I booked for the pool. However it had a private party and was not able to use. That should have been told to me before booking and at check in!!!!!
Disliked: We didn't receive housekeeping at all! No access to rooftop pool!

Perfect much needed getaway!

Liked: We LOVED the location. It was away from the noise of Broadway but an easy walk to get there.
Disliked: Our only complaint was the maid service only gave us one washcloth everyday when they made up the room…and there were two of us.

Liked: Location was great, new hotel so everything nice and shiny (and red)

Liked: We loved the room! It was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Valet and front desk employees were fantastic, helpful, and so welcoming! Overall very pleasant experience.
Disliked: Not very family friendly at the pool. Went up to the pool mid week in the middle of the day with my kids (7 and 14) barely made it through the doors and I was stopped by an employee. She asked to see my wristbands and told me the pool was 21+. States this was mentioned on the sign outside and she was just following the rules. I decided to leave as I didn’t feel like we were welcome and nowhere on the sign did it mention 21+. They provided my kids with the wristbands for the pool at check in and it is for all ages but definitely not a welcoming environment for kids. We did end up going the next morning and there were only 2 people there and it was a better experience. But something to keep in mind if going with kids.
