Can't imagine choosing this hotel again...Staff was AMAZING, but excessive overcharges are just NUTS and not getting compensated for our stress and irritation is also ridiculous!

Liked: The restaurants were delicious and staff was very courteous.
Disliked: Poor air circulation was a huge issue; however, we could've put all the bad aside if it wasn't for the fact our credit card was falsely charged in exess of $19,000.00. We have been trying to get the mess sorted out, but so far...we're STILL waiting for a confirmation of charge reversals!

Amazing! I’ll definitely be back,...

Liked: I loved the restaurants on the property. If I didn’t want to view the strip then I could have easily stayed in the hotel since it has everything.
Disliked: My room was right next to the pool so I could hear the DJ and all of the activity when I would come back to my room to rest.

A comfy and high tech...

Liked: The hotel is at a great location. Free parking for your car. Uppon arrival the security was very helpful and showed us the check in area. The lady at the check in was not in the mood but gave us a fantastic room. The hotel was all around very clean and fresh. It was easy to find everything. The hotel also features nice swimming pools. Our room was big enough, clean and hightech. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended.
Disliked: Nothing that we can think of that we did not like.

Love the hotel- not the...

Liked: I absolutely love this hotel. I love the pet gifts upon arrival- although this time- no dog bowl. I love the bed and linens are so cozy. The lighting in the rooms is awesome. The shower and the products were absolutely luxurious.
Disliked: The towels were old and very used. There was a lot of staff - walking around- watching- and no people in the Hotel/Casino- was creepy. I felt uncomfortable
