Can't imagine choosing this hotel again...Staff was AMAZING, but excessive overcharges are just NUTS and not getting compensated for our stress and irritation is also ridiculous!

Liked: The restaurants were delicious and staff was very courteous.
Disliked: Poor air circulation was a huge issue; however, we could've put all the bad aside if it wasn't for the fact our credit card was falsely charged in exess of $19,000.00. We have been trying to get the mess sorted out, but so far...we're STILL waiting for a confirmation of charge reversals!

Step off the Strip for...

Liked: I liked the mid-century desert vibe of the place and all of the upgrades in decor in the restaurants and pool areas. Kassi Beach pool was not opened yet but looked good. Food at the restaurants was also very good and there were plenty pf places to get sundries and coffee. The Spa was also very nice and the massage excellent.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the casino areas of the hotel. It seemed that In the midst of this desert oasis there was a black hole where you were transported to back to the Stardust Casino before its demolition. It felt sad, dingy and out of step with the image the Virgin Hotel was trying to project.

Liked: nice, clean and more quiet hotel slightly off the strip.
Disliked: beds decent but horrible pillows. pool area nice but no shaded areas unless you want to pay for cabana. casino itself had smokey smell throughout.

Exceptional

Liked: Beds are super comfortable and good water pressure for the 18th floor
Disliked: NO Coffee machine in the room, for a Hilton I would expect better. The whole refrigerator/mini-bar situation is a mess. If you want to move something out of the fridge to put your personal items in there you will get automatically billed for every item

Liked: New and clean
Disliked: Too far from the strip
