Can't imagine choosing this hotel again...Staff was AMAZING, but excessive overcharges are just NUTS and not getting compensated for our stress and irritation is also ridiculous!

Liked: The restaurants were delicious and staff was very courteous.
Disliked: Poor air circulation was a huge issue; however, we could've put all the bad aside if it wasn't for the fact our credit card was falsely charged in exess of $19,000.00. We have been trying to get the mess sorted out, but so far...we're STILL waiting for a confirmation of charge reversals!

Disliked: It had a sensor system that triggered an alarm the moment any item was moved. Not ideal when staying with kids, as it caused a bit of stress
