Liked: The hotel is fabulous, the rooms are spacious, the food at the restaurant is authentic Italian, the breakfast is top notch, and the staff are super helpful and friendly!

Beautiful design, Scottish fare, friendly...

Liked: Beautifully presented, great location, friendly staff and stunning design. Welcome drinks and Scottish treats in room were a lovely touch.
Disliked: We stayed in a room which was a long walk from the reception, and there was no alternate entrance on that side of the hotel. The hotel is actually formed of several buildings and subsequently we had to take the lift, followed by walking long corridors and several flights of stairs each time we wanted to get to/from our room. Not ideal for people with mobility issues or injuries, especially combined with all the walking that a trip to Edinburgh involves.No other complaints, would absolutely stay again but would want a different room location.
