Great hotel in the perfect...

Liked: Staff was quite friendly, the location is perfect, and the rooms are very nice. So many excellent sights and activities were within walking distance. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Must do it again!!!!

Liked: Virgin is centrally located in downtown and we walked 90% of the places that we wanted to go to. This included restaurants, the Riverwalk, shopping, etc. After those long days of enjoying the city, we were able to come back to a nice clean established with positive staff, and a nice comfortable bed. I was sad that I had to leave.
Disliked: I loved the city. No complaints

Classy, convenient and welcoming

Liked: It was convenient for the city, the facilities were great and clean, the staff were warm and welcoming and it was easy to book and arrange our stay.
Disliked: In an ideal world the location of the rooms next to the elevator wasn’t great but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Excellent, effortless, comfortable, clean, lovely...

Liked: The architectural detail in the lobby. The room we stayed in had a door divider making it two rooms which was really nice because my husband gets up earlier than I do. The his and her closets were wonderful. The beds were comfy. The room super clean. The cleaning staff was so friendly. The view was nice - we were on the 15th floor. It was a lovely place to stay.
Disliked: It’s not that we didn’t like it but we would have liked to have used the 26th floor rooftop. But the times we checked it out there were private parties going on. And it was loud! Would be nice to have a section for older folks that just want to have a nice quiet happy hour on the roof top with that gorgeous view. Maybe it was our timing but it definitely had a club vibe when we check it out. The L can be a little loud but nothing ear plugs can’t take care of. It’s a city so to be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it.
