A very pleasant stay and...

Liked: The hotel is very conveniently located with easy access to taxis and public transport (metro and buses). The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. The reception is always ready to help you with anything. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Disliked: Problems with changing the towels almost everyday, sometimes no coffee, no water - very random changing room, bad pillow, some noise in the hallway

Liked: Good location, very decent, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very nice at the front desk. Super friendly and always willing to help.
Disliked: Breakfast too expensive. Sometimes hard to communicate with housekeeping lady due to language barrier. I would appreciate if the hotel offered a bottle of water on a daily basis instead of the having their guest bring it for 3 euros from the bar. After all it would cost the hotel nothing to put a small bottle of water in the rooms daily and it would be a really nice touch.
