High recommendation

Liked: We were given room on 13th floor and the bay view was stunning.
Disliked: Room had few broken sockets and TV was a bit small and old.

Comfortable, excellent location & great...

Liked: Everything was good, the staff are very friendly and nice. Always there to assist with any matter. The location is excellent as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel provides all facilities.
Disliked: The only downside was that the cleaning crew would come into the room and ask us to leave so they could clean. It would be much better if they waited until guests naturally left or cleaned around us instead of asking us to step out especially when we’re in our pajamas, which I, of course, refused to do.

Great rooms!

Liked: Great location, comfortable executive modern rooms. Very good bed and facilities.
Disliked: The only negative was when I asked for the kettle (which is free to request). The element inside seemed covered in something and had a really bad smell. I tried to use it by boiling and discarding the first time and tried to drink the second. The second batch of boiled water stank too and I tossed it and didn't use it again. I didn't bring it up with reception because there was little time to do so but it was surprising because otherwise everything was fine.

Liked: Staff was nice. Room size was good. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was great. There were some issues (below) but I still think it is a good hotel to stay if you're just staying for quick stop in Lisbon as it was my case. (And not in a first floor room, perhaps)
Disliked: The room faced the train tracks and I could hear trains passing by throughout the night. I stayed in a first floor room and when I entered the curtains were closed (assuming because of train tracks) which made the room feel dark and too warm. The shower glass panel wasn't perfectly placed so there was water all over the floor after I took a shower. TV Control remote didn't work.
