Liked: The hotel is my regular choice when I have to go to Lisbon.There was an issue with the AC in our room but the staff was quick to resolve it.

Liked: Location is very good, Room was OK. I had a room at the back of the hotel so view was not great. An OK stay, but that's it
Disliked: Did not manage to have breakfast... the crowds in the area made this impossible. Fortunatelly I had not paid Breakfast in advance. Had to go to a coffeeshop down the street for some coffee. Also, one can wait for several several minutes for a ride with the elevator to go up and down to and from the room.
