Liked: Great location, quiet at the weekend, good sized room, nice and clean and modern, lovely staff, very friendly, lovely complimentary minibar items
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Elegant little hotel that is...

Liked: This beautiful little hotel is strategically tucked away on a side street near the Saint Paul’s Cathedral. It is very well appointed, the staff are incredibly helpful and the room was fantastic. We were on the sixth floor with floor to ceiling windows that made the nice size room appear even larger. This was our first stay there and we would definitely go back again when in London.
Disliked: there was nothing that we did not like.

Charming and comfortable!

Liked: The hotel is very charming! We all loved it! The personnel was extremely polite and accommodating. Our train to Glasgow was cancelled due to weather and they allowed a complementary late checkout.

Fantastic second stay, as good...

Liked: The staff were extremely accommodating when we requested early check in due to a lunch reservation. When we arrived around 2 hours prior to check in we were informed a room was ready for us. The staff were all happy and attentive. The hotel is spotless. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I requested an iron which was delivered by house keeping within minutes. We made use of the rooftop bar which was a very nice start to our day.
Disliked: The area is great as it’s much quieter than staying in central London but with the nearby tube stations everywhere is accessible. Unfortunately I’m guessing with it being a weekend businesses nearby had left rubbish bags out. Whilst walking down the street back to the hotel on the night we did see a rat. This is nothing to do with the hotel however, just the location.

Liked: Polite and professionali staff, well maintained, clean and comfortable
Disliked: Standard double room pretty small and tv a little bit old for this kind of hotel

Loved the bed, room was...

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast as it seemed quite expense having already paid a lot for our room.
Disliked: We had a great time but our TV didn’t work so spent a lot of time trying to get it to work and gave up. We went to the roof terrace bar which had a lovely atmosphere but unfortunately we waited 35-40 mins for just 1 drink each. We are patient people and very understanding but this was too long to wait & we had a restaurant to get to. A different person delivered our drinks on the end with no apology. We felt it would have been great customer service for the waitress who knew we knew we’d been waiting to offer for us not to pay service charge but that didn’t happen. Lovely cocktails but just very slow service.
