Perfect spot for a staycation!...

Liked: Laura in the spa was amazing! I had a seasonal scrub w/ cranberries etc, but I'm sure any service she provides will be outstanding. All the staff was wonderful, grounds are beautiful and John Ash room service was delicious!
Disliked: The pool is more of a dipping bowl and the images on website are deceiving.The noise of the freeway is heard when out on my balcony, which is a bummer since you are surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and lavender rows.

Disliked: It’s noisy they did not seem at all ready for us even tho I told them I was traveling with my 90 year old mother. My room had to be changed at the last minute we had a very loud drunk group of people that were not at all respectful in the restaurant as well as the hotel lobby and that too was unpleasant
