A fantastic Grear Gatsby themed...

Liked: A fantastic hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Perfect for exploring all of the local landmarks. The hotel itself is stunning with a beautiful marble staircase up the centre and lovely Great Gatsby decoration everywhere. The glass lifts were fun too and the rooftop bar has a great atmosphere with a lovely new manager.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I was a bit disappointed to be charged for a small bottle of water from the minibar on the day I arrived. It’s not about the money, but I felt it could have been a complimentary gesture for guests

Disliked: Their breakfast buffet is very limited. And during the check in I had to wait for 1 hour under the eyes of the front desk where I could see customers come in and take the cards right away while I was waiting with my family ( wife and baby ) after long flights. I had to approach them and remind them that I’m waiting for my room which I was not happy about
