Lovely hotel in heart of...

Liked: Everything. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond in difficult times with the blackout. Location was fantastic, close to all attractions and metro. Room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Room service is a delivery service - the food was okay but not what I expected. Could order beer but not wine.

Liked: Everything was great but
Disliked: the only small thing it was that they didn't deliver outside food orders sometimes, or if you asked for a spoon they said the bar staff was too busy for deliver that, giving preference to outsider bar customers versus hotel clients which I didn't like. The rest was very good.

Disliked: Unfortunately, we had a really bad experience I’ve ever had At day of checkout we left our messika bracelet with other cheaper one due to we were in rush and after leaving the hotel within 10 minutes we remembered and we came back Actually they find the cheaper one but the messika bracelet They didn’t for 100% Housekeeper steal it but they denied and even they didn’t cooperate checking her , putting her under pressure they do nothing and saying raise complaint through police and unfortunately, it it was our flight time Really unprofessional , inconvenience. Bc it might happen with any popular hotel with their resident Housekeeper they are human and they can did such exact what happen with us ( good hotel can solve the problem with very strict rules and manners )
