Liked: Exceptional location, beautiful reception floor.
Disliked: Extremely uncomfortable beds - stiff mattresses and soft pillows, worst combination. I don’t understand why the camera maids fix the blanket under the mattress and every time when you go to bed is a fight to pull it out and a mess at the end.

Wonderful hotel on the Gran...

Liked: We visit Madrid a lot. We love the city - if you haven't been go. We have also stayed at the Mint a lot. I can only recommend this hotel. It is wonderful. The hotel is clean, well located, the beds are super comfy. There is a rooftop bar which is very nice to have a drink and view Madrid from there. They also serve food ´so you can eat up there as well. This hotel is great. Our room had a small balcony and we set out in the evening and watched the happenings on the Gran Via. Perfect.
