Liked: Comfortable and super well located
Disliked: Expected more for the price range and a 4 stars, the air conditioner (terrible) was a big problem, even tried to complain at the reception but there’s nothing you can do, the minimum temperature at the room was 23° (if you let it open all day long). At summer with Madrid being 40° … for me was not even close to refreshing or enough.

Excellent in every way highly...

Liked: The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the city, highly recommend the beautiful breakfast buffet all food and staff were amazing

Excellent location near El Retiro....

Liked: The room had amazing light and space. The bed was really comfortable.
Disliked: The gym didn’t have the right space for more than 2 people working out at the same time. It is one of those places they put some machines to say they have a gym.

Liked: Location if you plan on staying in specific area in Salamanca.
Disliked: The elevators. I was assigned to the 8th floor room and the elevators were eternal. My room had three windows but you could not see outside. And that really felt suffocating I didn’t like it I had a bit of anxiety. It’s a beautiful clean room gorgeous decor but not sure why you can’t see considering that I was in a room with windows located on different sides.
