Disliked: The prices at so elevated for what you get, you pay lower staying on a Hyatt and you gonna get for sure better facilities

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The design and the staffing was not functional. It’s like the design was not for hotel guests. —- stairs at the entrance thick plushy carpet, safes that don’t hold anything. The check in counter was too small and poorly located for the number of people causing confusion and lines. The designers didn’t use the space as guest.
