A lovely hotel in an...

Liked: Great location and well presented. After having our return flight cancelled, I would like to point out that the reception staff were extremely helpful. They helped me with the booking for the rescheduled flights and went the ‘extra mile’ for us. Thank you.

Great hotel!

Liked: The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel location is very central. There are options for choosing a quiet room, if you cannot stand street noise.
Disliked: Quiet rooms face a back wall, so no view. The rooms are not well insulated and are generally hot. There is a weird smell when you open the windows. My neighbors were respectful but I believe you could hear noise from the nearby rooms. The system for turning on/off the lights is complicated.

Perfect boutique hotel stay for...

Liked: Location is fantastic for exploring cultural highlights and being close to restaurants and shops.Right on the street. Near the Cathedral and Turia gardens. Staff were very friendly, and the buffet breakfast had smoothies and fresh fruit as well as other choices . I'd describe it as a boutique hotel.The building itself is also off historical interest as Machado ( the poet) lived here and it was a cultural centre of women's groups in the 1930sSpotlessly clean , great housekeeping.and loved the soaps and Clarins body lotion.
Disliked: Very little hanging space for clothes. Doors didn't open fully in wardrobe, which was a little tedious.
