Liked: The hotel is really well located in a lovely quiet square (plaza) but a very short walk to all the city's attractions and great places to eat. The hotel is modern with great facilities including rooftop pool and bar which we used as the weather was great. Our double room was large, very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were really happy with our stay.

Fantastic stay - really impressed

Liked: We loved this place. It was just a great stay. Lovely location - walkable to everything - in a pretty square. The building itself is charming, great decor inside. Great bedrooms with huuuge beds. Breakfast is brilliant - one of the best we’ve had. Staff lovely. Pool at the top is ideal for the sunny days. It’s a 9/10 place.
Disliked: There’s nothing that is negative about this place.

Wonderful location for Holy Week

Liked: Wonderful location near the historic downtown, bull fighting arena, and cathedral. It was perfect for Semana Santa, as several of the processions went right through the square outside the hotel.
Disliked: Rooms lacked adequate closet space and the restaurant was a bit pricey.
