Disliked: I had a Catalan speaking friend call ahead before the reservation become non-refundable that I need twin room. I specifically remember the staff that answered laughing with me about understanding that I do not want to sleep in the same bed with my mom. We were told that the note was made to make sure that we’ll get the room with twin beds.We checked in late and we were told “hey we upgraded you to a better room” and were given a room with one bed.It was too late so we didn’t change the hotel but the staff said there were no other rooms available.

Liked: A very good location with easy access to almost any part of the city. Directly on the street. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are soundproof (I was facing backside of the street so no street noise either). Rooms are nicely decorated. Kind and very attentive staff.
Disliked: Nothing to be honest
