Great location, small rooms but...

Liked: Room was quite small. Check in smooth.
Disliked: Check out was quite slow. Only one person at the desk at 10:00am.

Would love to be back...

Liked: All was well. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, really hard working team! Breakfasts are very good. Special thanks to Tania for the tips on being out and about, it was very helpful. And huge thank you to all reception team for helping to retrieve forgotten items.

Loved Vincvi Consulado in Bilbao,...

Liked: Everything - location on the river, across from the Guggenheim museum, the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly and the room was lovely with a river view. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Great staff, great room, great...

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic and the view was great. Very friendly staff at sign-in. Great location to the Guggenheim but a little far from the train.

An excellent place to stay.

Liked: Our room was very comfortable with a wonderful river view. The staff was very helpful. Especially Francis at reception. The breakfast was fabulous with a lot of choices and we also enjoyed a good dinner in the restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing
