Liked: Everything the location was perfect the room was comfortable the breakfast was tasteful with big variety. Everything was perfect. It is highly recommended for a decent stay in the heart of Madrid
Disliked: Just the roof top needs to be improved. It was nobody to serve and it was like being abodanded. If there were added some sun umbrella it would be easier for someone to sit

Liked: The staff are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast is varied, rich, attractive, and creative. Bravo to the Staff.
Disliked: Considering the size of the reception area, there isn't enough space or chairs to wait in. The room is a bit cramped, with a view of the interior! The bathroom design is comfortable and beautiful, and the toiletries are great. Bravo to the staff.
