Liked: Perfect central location, fancy hotel and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast in a lovely bright saloon. Big and comfortable beds. Couldn’t be better.

Great views, great position

Liked: Absolutely the best position in the city if you are planning to visit several spots and doing some shopping. The metro stop Callao is right beside the hotel and it's pretty comfortable to use. You can also get to the main tourist attractions by just walking, it's a 15/20min leisure walk to a bunch of them.Great staff, all of them nice and really helpful (shout out to the nicest and funniest people at the rooftop bar and the always really polite bellboys). Stunning views from the room directly into the old town to the rooftop and the main breakfast room looking straight into Gran Via.
Disliked: I expected it to be a little bit cleaner.
