This place is not what...

Liked: Best choice if you need to be in Buckingham. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking.
Disliked: In our room there was no fridge and the air conditioner did not work, so we had +27 degrees at daytime. In the room of my son of the same category there were both fridge and air conditioner. The breakfast doesn’t serve a la carte anymore. The tables in the restaurant were sticky even before we started dinner. The quality of the hotel gets worse every year (I have stayed several times since 2018), even though the price is higher than anywhere around.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Hotel room wasn’t clean. Rooms near the High Street are not comfortable to stay because there is so much traffic noise.

Liked: Excellent facilities. Loved the breakfast!
Disliked: the parking is limited but there's nothing anyone can do so it's not a problem. There is an overspill carpark but that gets busy too.

Nice and pleasant but not...

Liked: Staff were lovely, breakfast was nice and as advertised Bed was very comfy, comfy sofa, lots of storage space and a large bathroom was niceParking onsite while limited and narrow was easy and conveniently placed
Disliked: Some facilities need to be upgraded, tiny old fashioned tv, bath tiles were cracked and the place while understandably a rennovated old building struggled with hot temps and no fridge in room

Liked: Great hotel, really lovely staff, highly recommend and would definitely use again
