Relaxing, comfortable good food great...
Liked: Very convenient to downtown. They had a shuttle, which made it easy. The restaurant and all staff were terrific. All were responsive. The rooms are clean. There were no worries It’s a good property and I would recommend it
Disliked: Directly across the river, there’s a nightclub so you could actually enjoy the music even though it went onto later hours, but it wasn’t really a problem. There’s also a steel girder construction site next to it and so during the day you could hear banging on the steel but again What the heck it’s not the end of the world it’s very comfortable and it’s out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Perfect stay in a beautiful...
Liked: The staff are so friendly and unbelievably accommodating, we messaged the reception WhatsApp several times and the response was always fast and super helpful. The hotel is beautiful with lovely facilities, our room was super clean and comfortable. Location is slightly out of the way but this meant it was a little quieter and with a free shuttle to and from the centre, it wasn’t a problem at all. We absolutely loved our stay here, our favourite of 3 hotels in Tuscany so far.

Liked: Lovely location away from heat of the city. High standard of room/facilities. Very friendly staff. Free bike hire and shuttle bus to/from city centre was a bonus

Liked: We had a 7-night stay at Villa Sul'Arno and overall had a wonderful experience. Initially, we faced an issue with the room setup as it only had a high spa bath (no separate bathroom), which was difficult to manage with a knee injury. Lorenzo at reception was incredibly helpful in moving us to a more suitable room with a walk-in shower, and we really appreciated his support and excellent customer service.All staff—from reception, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, to the shuttle driver Aziz—were fantastic. Aziz, in particular, was very polite and a true asset to the hotel.The only negative experience was with Francesco, the restaurant manager, who spoke to us in an unprofessional tone on two occasions, which we reported. Thankfully, the hotel manager addressed the issue promptly and offered us complimentary drinks as a gesture, which helped smooth things over.The hotel was very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary water provided daily. A small suggestion for improvement: adding a sink in room with the toilet for hygiene purposes would be helpful, instead of having to use bidet. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service and a caring team.
