Superb

Liked: Amazing location. Beautiful garden. Lovely rooms some with a pretty view of the river. I have stayed here three times and will come back for the lovely pool area.
Disliked: Would be nice to have waitstaff checking on guests at the pool area to take orders for drinks and food. Instead you have to go to the restaurant to get their attention, and you’re not allowed to step beyond the pool area without a top, bottoms and shoes over your swimwear. They are very strict about this even in the outside restaurant area right next to the pool. This is a bit tedious to do every time you need a glass of water. Would also be nice if water bottles and glasses were allowed at the pool instead of only plastic cups and glasses.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: The pool area and location by the river was superb. The staff were so accommodating whenever required and the hotel in general was beautiful.
Disliked: Prices for food and drink in the hotel were very expensive. 7 euros for half a pint of beer and 16 euros for an aperol spritz to put it into perspective. The hotel was around a 50 minute walk into the centre and the free shuttle buses were great however were too infrequent.

FANTASTIC!

Liked: I never leave reviews, ever! However, this hotel is an exemption. My partner and I stayed for two nights last week and the staff, food, drinks, location could not have been better. The staff were all absolutly fantastic and could not have been more polite. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and the choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible. 10/10 - We will be back! Thank you to all of you. Best wishes, Matt

Beautiful view of the river

Liked: Lovely spot on the river Arno. Shuttle to the centre was very handy each day
Disliked: Felt like it wasn’t good value and next time I would stay closer to the centre.
