Liked: great location, clean hotel friendly staff

My stay at the hotel...

Liked: The staff was excellent. They were professional yet friendly and very helpful. Willing to engage in good intelligent conversation.The shower was very clean and had very good water pressure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone will to stay in the Canal street area of Manchester.
Disliked: One minor disappointment was that the hotel didn't serve breakfast, but there are places very nearby that did. Late at night you can hear loud noise in the street below, though this didn't happen every night. I still think it was worth staying there.

Liked: Amazing location, right at the heart of Manchester’s gay village
Disliked: I was expecting noise obviously being where it was and late night drinks weren’t going to be a problem as I was going to be one of them. It was the early morning street cleaners, bottle collections and deliveries that caught me off guard.

Disliked: Outdated furniture, very very little natural light, paint slapped on the curtains, the dust on the fan was too much, the table in the room was atrocious, paint coming off, looked messy and grubby

Disliked: The hotel was great if i had to choose something id point out the squeaky floor and only one side of the bed had an outlet nearby. But minor details
