Liked: Always enjoy my stay in the spa room always relaxing. Didn't eat the food though but thats cuz I hardly ever eat in the mornings.
Disliked: The construction going on right outside my room kinda at 7am but also understand why but still for the amount I payed they should have let use known that would be going on that early.

Disliked: I cant upload any photo I asked the representative over the phone if she needed a picture and she said no..This was the worst experience I have ever had. I literally had to go to the front desk 3 times. First room the toilet wouldn’t flush so room was changed to another room, then I get my daughter settled in and the door wouldn’t open to let us out. I called the front desk 3 times with no response at all..I finally climbed out the room window and went back to the front desk to tell the person there and she said the phone has not rung, I showed her my caller log and verified her number. At this point I asked for a refund asap, and called booing.com. The reviews on your website did not match the hotel. This place is dirty.
