Aperfect choice for our stay...
Liked: The location was excellent, but the staff made the whole experience so special. They went above and beyond. personable, helpful, professional, delightful. Truly appreciated the staff and all they added to our stay in Bordeaux.
Disliked: We thought the rooms were small. But they were quite pleasant.

Liked: Excellent accommodations well worth the price.
Disliked: The sauna situation is a bit weird. You have to ask them to turn it on 15 min prior to using. Nonetheless they still turned the sauna off while my wife was using it.

A pleasant stay
Liked: Excellent staff and very friendly check in experience. The room was well appointed with great attention to detail.
Disliked: Nothing about the hotel. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to change some of their restaurant and visitor recommendations. We went to a suggested restaurant and bar - both of which were disappointing and old fashioned. So much choice of new, fun, great quality restaurants in Bordeaux that would be better recommendations.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Petit dejeuner was great. The room perfect. Small hotel but perfect.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

A perfect place to explore...
Liked: The staff was attentive and helpful. The décore is lovely with a mixture of contemporary among an ancient setting. The front desk even sent us tizaines to help us sleep when they heard that we had just arrived from the USA.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but that seems to be par for the course these days.

Fantastic, friendly luxe hotel in...
Liked: I decided to book here on a bit of a whim after booking somewhere else to stay for a night in Bordeaux, and I’m so glad I did ! Within 10 minutes of booking. I got a lovely phone call from the hotel, asking what time we would be arriving and to doublecheck if there was anything we needed parking etc .Upon arriving, we were offered refreshing warm towels after our journey, which were welcome. All staff were also incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were super helpful in helping us decide what to do in Bordeaux for the afternoon. We had booked a cozy mansard room, but we were upgraded to a lovely spacious comfortable room. The hotel itself is super central but on a quiet street , an oasis of calm but just a five minute walk from the commercial center of Bordeaux. Breakfast was copious and delicious and the spa and pool were lovely at the end of a long day. All in all fantastic hotel without fault and would stay here again when I’m in Bordeaux- thank you to staff also who are on hand if we needed anything, and super friendly !
