Liked: Location is great and rooms comfortable

Disappointing

Liked: Polite staff at the reception, who listened attentively to my complaint and responded to it. Good view from the window, air conditioning in the room.
Disliked: My reserved room was terribly dirty and they upgraded it to an executive room. Thanks for that.

Not recommendable.

Liked: The location is great, close proximity to car park and good reduced rate for parking. Fab access to food and drink places and transport connections.
Disliked: We had a lot of problems, it is not always easy to get hold of someone at reception, especially in the late hours. Housekeeping is only available until midday or so which means if u are not leaving until later in the day your room will not be serviced - our room was not serviced at all until the 3rd day of our stay simply because we had wedding events in the evening so didn't need to leave until the afternoon. Even on the day they did service the room they didn't replace the towels or empty the bins and I had to go and speak with reception after attending a busy wedding event. There were a multitude of other problems and I have contacted customer service on the app and I have contacted the hotel via the app. The hotel management offered me 2 options to compensate but neither of those was of any use to me.

Excellent value for money …...

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and the rooftop terrace was perfect to sit and people watch.
Disliked: It felt a bit dirty and in need of some TLC
