Clean the air vent please

Liked: Environment and it was a right location for a reasonable price
Disliked: The air vents weren't clean and I came out of your hotel with random bites all over various sections of my body

Liked: Staff here were excellent. Friendly , polite and really nice . Perfect .
Disliked: The bedrooms were a bit tired . Could do with a refit . Looked a bit grubby . They were clean but the furnishings need a refit .

Good location but room smelly...

Liked: Location. Comfortable bed. Great shower.
Disliked: I didn’t feel safe, the doors at night were not locked properly. A lot of noisy residents hanging around the corridors. Fire alarm went off early hours because of peopleSmoking in their rooms. My room smelt of smoke also. The rooftop bar is awful. Would not have wanted to have a drink in it.

Definately not worth the money,...

Liked: Good size room, close to city centre
Disliked: The lift felt unstable and very jolty and was not a stairs option, on first views going to room there was padlocks on fire doors which made us feel unsafe if there was a fire etc. the room was really dusty even on walls and phone was covered in thick dust. Came to have a shower on evening and water was barely luke warm on maximum. When lying on bed it made us feel really itchy like it hadnt been cleaned and full of bed bugs, even had to lie in clothes all night.
