Disliked: Room was very outdated. Needs a complete deep clean and redecorated. Would not even have a shower or make a cup of coffee as it all looked dirty

Creeky floor and thin walls!

Liked: The lovely lady at the front desk was very helpful and provided me with all the help I needed in terms of parking and getting an iron board. The location is great at right in the heart of the shopping centre.
Disliked: Im sorry to say that there are a few issues with staying at this hotel. Its not the easiest to locate as its a door with poor signage. Next was unclean room, markings on the floor which looks like wax, blood stains on pillow cases but what was worse of all, the creeky floorboards and thin walls. I believe because the hallway is so narrow and rooms tightly next door to each other, I could hear the conversations in full and the creeky floor was so bad I stopped me from getting to sleep till 1am.
