Good for price. A little...

Liked: The good was very good, and reasonable Price in general. I liked all the activities and the employees are very nice. Really Liked the excursions planned and the kids club activities.
Disliked: The room gets ‘cleaned’ every 4 days. Buy they do not change the sheets. Not availability of enough pillows, towels or sheets for all in the room.

Liked: Very good, happy with our stay! Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff! Easy check-in and check-out!🙂

Liked: Bar and swimming pool. Staff working in bar friendly and putting effort into communication in English.
Disliked: Absolute lack of willingness to communicate in English. Especially from reception staff.Cleanliness of rooms not existing. Had to have battle to get room cleaned once over 8 nights stay. Food generic and in short disgusting, every breakfast the same, lack of sitting spaces and staff to serve. Not enough food prepared to accommodate number of guests.Definitely problem with management.Hotel surrounded by ghetto. Worst hotel experience ever and had some bad experiences in the past.

Liked: The garden
Disliked: The room was not clean when we arrived (dirty toilets wit old urine all over , dirty surfaces), the cleaning was not done throughout our stay when they assured us it will be done on Monday.No fridge in the room / room with no equipment apart from a very dirty boiler/ no cups to drink from (just 2 teabags and a boiler)All our reading lights were broken but they repaired just one after I had to insist 3 times, and explained to them that I don't want to sleep at the same time than my child who was in the same room , and that I really needed the headlight to work otherwise I'll be in the dark because I have to switch off the master light to allow my child to sleep. They fixed one out of three the second day.Not possible to have an extra blanket, the AC has problems too, ours was freezing the room, for some others costumers it was too weak. During a heatwave it was impossible to switch it off all the time for us that's why we asked for an extra blanket.There is no phone in the room to call the reception.The swimming pool is too small for an establishment able to receive more than 300 people (you need to book the spa in advance because of this same reason)Food at the buffet absolutely not fresh, not tasty,and when you point it out they do not apologise because they actually don't care at all. I have eaten in better school cafeterias. Anything served fresh is spoiled apart from the baguette they have. So prepare to eat lots of canned food and frozen food at he buffet.The bar is not better.My husband ordered a watermelon mojito the watermelon was sour just like the watermelon from the fruit salad at the buffet the day before(it was smelly and spoiled).

Great for a break in...

Liked: Great place to relax, with a nice pool and area for young kids. A nice play area too. Very family friendly.
Disliked: The outside patio was reserved for those ordering from the bar. This was the first time I saw this at a village club du soleil. Maybe it’s a new thing??

Nice stay with comfortable amenities.

Liked: The pool and the spa was amazing, the room could have done with more frequent cleaning but over all very good.

We won’t be returning

Liked: Good high ceiling rooms garden view / breakfast has good selection fresh fruit / large park land / spacious parking
Disliked: This a resort type hotel for diverse families with small children. The pool was constantly full of around 50 screaming children.They charged for the table football and pool. Breakfast was overcrowded and the staff were overworked to try keep up.
