Liked: Very specious, excellent customer service and staff very friendly, especially the bar staff and bus lady. Loved the leisure and very good breakfast
Disliked: The location but we knew roughly where it was, no fridge in room, could of been handy and no servicing rooms

Would not recommend to English...

Liked: Convenient and not too expensive. Had parking and shuttle was ok. Staff friendly
Disliked: Rooms and common areas not very clean, breakfast was not very good quality food.

Short stay and clean what...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and very good value . The location is a little poor as it's of the main tourist location . Have an open mind ,the surrounding is not so good but then again the accommodation was exceptional . We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it for what it was ,clean , comfortable and excellent value .
Disliked: The surrounding area was a little run down but this is not the hotels fault .staff were great .

Oasis in an inner city...

Liked: Oasis in an dense urban area. The gardens offer calm and cover from the heat under the trees. In 10- 15 you can walk to mins the Parc du Longchamps with bistros and restaurants nearby. Also there is a shuttle service to this area throughout the day. Rooms were light and airy and as we were in the renovated ancient part we had very high ceilings.
Disliked: Only thing was for those who were not signed up for full board, there were very limited options to order.The rooms do not have mini-fridges so it would have been good to have access to an ice making machine..

Great short break

Liked: Rooms were clean with high ceilings, great a/c, good view out to the pool. Bathroom clean, good shower. A quiet oasis in a busy city. Food was great and free shuttle bus to longchamp. Close to train track but it didn't bother us at all, only an occasional one would go by, just a nice clickety clack nothing too intrusive at all. Had a great time.
Disliked: Cities are obviously a mixture of great architecture and grimy areas, Marseille has a fair share of graffiti about. Didn't feel scary or dangerous however the dog poop was bad in some areas. Great old buildings, few homeless people about but felt safe.
