Disappointing

Disliked: Older property that needs updating. This room smelled like cat pee.

Very nice time and quiet.

Liked: The grounds were very pretty and relaxing with the flowers and fountain. Very good location and easy to get to downtown Eugene and the University.
Disliked: The breakfast was not good at all. Hardly anything. They could do better when they advertise free breakfast.

Liked: Clean and quiet despite the proximity to the highway.The staff responded right away when I reported a defective coffee machine.
Disliked: We were there during university of oregon graduation and I thought the prices were exorbitant for those couple of days. But that was the same for all the hotels in the area.

Liked: Suited my needs and was comfortable. Beds were well made and clean.
Disliked: TV could have been set up better but worked Ok. Price was a little high but not too outrageous
