Passable

Disliked: Gap towards the bottom of the door. Could see the light from the outside. Could use additional safety lock on the door. It was OK. Didn't know if there was a breakfast served or if there were snacks available to purchase. Not much communication during check-in.

A well deserved vacation to...

Liked: Our room and the beds were super comfortable. The pool area was clean snd fresh. The location was convenient to a lot we were wanting to do, and the staff were efficient and friendly like family. I will stay there again. Everything in the unit worked great. Very well cared for property.

Not family friendly.

Liked: The view from the window of Lake Michigan. That was about it. They covered up the fact this is an old hotel they tried to make look newer.
Disliked: No breakfast was served. They advertised that kids stayed free, that is not true, you pay for all kids that stay with you. And if they are not staying with you they can't even visit and use the pool even when no one is using it, so if you are coming to visit family, do not expect to use the pool with your loved ones. I drove a long time to visit my grand kids that I haven't seen in over a year and I could not even spend time with them in the pool as they were not on my room reservation and it was a holiday weekend but there was no one in the pool and the hotel was not even full.
