Liked: The room was a really good size. Had all we needed. For the price was very reasonable

Liked: The hotel is spotless,staff are friendly,keen to help and for our first time using village hotels,extremely happy.
Disliked: Although weather outside wasn't that warm the rooms are extremely warm and even with the fan provided,made getting to sleep a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: Excellent staff. Didn't disturb us in room which had happened at other places. Great communication. Desk staff at front relaxed and professional. Staff in corridors also very nice. Great value.
Disliked: Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the bin in room was tiny.

Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful esprcially the evening team who went to the trouble of showing us to the room.

Liked: Great room, large with an extra sofa bed so we could all have a bed each, perfect!
Disliked: Could have done with shampoo and conditioner in the rooms and some glasses

Liked: Location good , clean , friendly reception staff.
Disliked: Downloading of apps to get a meal deal , 2 telephone calls prior to stay checking if everything was OK...why ? ......£23 bottle of wine was disgusting! Automation in reception not customer friendly always best to speak to people, luckily the person was there and was helpful and friendly. Everything is extra payments , breakfast , gym/pool use .Staff in bar area not uniformed, the person serving my food could have been anyone!!! All geared to get more information from you to give you the hard sell .
