Recommended the hotel to family....

Liked: You didn’t have to leave the hotel everything we needed was there. The food was excellent. And the access to the gym and spa was brilliant. Everything was clean and the place was modern. The room was also clean and cosy. We will be visiting again. We was sad to leave. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Disappointed there was no mini fridge for me to store milk and the few items I purchased to allow me me to make my own coffee etc. as I don’t like uploading apps and scanning QR codes I found it uncomfortable to not have a phone in my room.
Disliked: See above.

Let down by minor issues...

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The room needs a deep clean. It was grubby and not up to standard for a hotel room. The bathroom was the worst part. Mirrors and walls smeared, dirt marks round the bath and shower door. Plug hole grubby round the edge. Just simple things that let the room down. It smelled like rotting veg and there was no air conditioning in the room so it was very warm. We would return as it wasn’t a major issue. We thought the food and drinks were over priced but again not a major issue and didn’t spoil our stay.
