Comfortable with helpful staff.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, location ideal and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Initially I was put in a room very close to the pool, there was a cupboard next to my room that was very loud - I can only assume it was ventilation for the pool or something. When I asked staff for some earplugs they supplied them and also offered to change my room. I took them up on the offer after the noise was still audible through the plugs.
