Liked: No a lot, it's self service. I wouldn't go again.
Disliked: The self service and the staff were rude.

Slightly disappointed

Liked: Breakfast excellent and bar area.
Disliked: Pick a night when there is no functions. Noise until 02:00hrs. Very little sleep.

Great staff but hotel rooms...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and available quickly for check in and check out. The overall look & decor downstairs was ok. Having a Starbucks on site is a big bonus.
Disliked: The room I was in was very tired. The bed & bathroom were clean but the carpet was appalling. Stains all over it and next to the bed, what looked like pasta or pizza had been dropped and not cleaned up properly. If I’d not arrived so late, I would’ve asked to move rooms. There was also a very loud group of people shouting & slamming doors until 3:30am. With no phone for reception or anyone to call, we all just had to wait until they chose to go to bed. Not the hotel’s fault but would’ve been nice if the staff had dealt with them so I could get some sleep!

Liked: The hotel is lovely and the spa facilities were great. Hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful. Even had a complimentary early check in.
Disliked: I didn't find the bed very comfortable and it's quite high when your small.The breakfast was disappointing and doesn't match the quality of the hotel. Food had been standing for some time as restraunt wasn't busy.Would definitely stay again but without breakfast.

Liked: The location is excellent and it is so easy to find. The hotel is very well equipped and all the facilities well managed. Very comfortable stay and super clean. Staff couldn’t do more to help you.
Disliked: I had issues with the WIFI I was at the end of a corridor and kept losing signal. Staff were very supportive and helpful.
