Very good

Liked: Very good but.......
Disliked: Lack of respect for blue badge holders, this is a big problem. Every time I return and want to park in a disabled place, there are at least 70 percent of non blue badge holders parking in the disabled bays which is a big problem to people who have difficulty walking etc.A barrier is needed to stop this problem.

Liked: Location and easy check in
Disliked: Wasn’t the cleanest … attention to detail goes a long way! For example… overhead shower heads need a scrub periodically - to remove the black mould build up. Pillows full of broken foam or block material. No bottled water or complimentary biscuits. Expensive ‘bed’ for the night! Standard lamp was broken!

Good

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was comfortable byt the pillows were not the best though. The breakfast was good with the usual cooked breakfast and continental options. Parking was free over the weekend (but usually £5 during the week). The hotel is quite lively over the weekend, there are a lot of people visiting the gym facilities and so the car park was quite full
Disliked: The one very small lift was broken for most of my stay. Most guests couldn't believe there was only one lift. I thought that the price we paid £111 with breakfast would include the swimming pool and saunas but I was told this was £5 extra because I booked through booking.com. The prices in the bar restaurant were quite steep, roughly £18 - £20 for most mains

Liked: As always, staff were friendly and helpful, special. Thanks to Donna from the gym/pool reception and Jake on reception for sourcing me a cup of coffee as it was before Starbucks and kitchen was open, had an early start for work, so big Thank-you
