Disliked: The entire place was without information and performance.

Great place to stay, but...

Liked: The location is great and the room is nice.
Disliked: We were charged an occupancy fee($50), this is a horrible add on to the bill! It's a huge fee added, once you've paid for your stay and food. You're not aware of the fee until it has been added to the bill and deducted from your account. This really upset me for days! It feels like you've been robbed!

Adequate but not worth the...

Liked: Location
Disliked: No adequate drawers for clothing. Room made up every other day instead of every day. No special dining rooms.

Relaxing stay

Liked: The location was perfect for touring the Biltmore Estate.Easy parking.Had a lovely room, with plenty of space.Good shower and towels.Very comfortable bed with crisp linens.
Disliked: The pillows were very hard.Approaching check in with cars was scrappy as people parked all over and blocked movement.

Nice geteway for a weekend.

Liked: Very nice, nostalgic room. Very clean. Food nearby on the Biltmore that we could walk to. Nice restaurant on-site for breakfast. Check hours in off season though, not open every day.

Everything was very nice except...

Liked: Everything was high-end and very clean. I love that.
Disliked: We had an unfortunate occurrence. On our last night there, they placed a family with three loud little kids right next to us. They were screaming, jumping up and down nonstop until 10:30 PM. We had to complain to the front desk three times before they would shut up.

Exceptional

Romantic Getaway

Liked: The close proximity to the Biltmore winery, shops, and restaurants was a huge convenience. We loved sipping wine out by the fire pit at night! This was a nice romantic getaway for me and my husband. Highly recommend this hotel.
