Liked: Spacious, comfortable room
Disliked: Fire alarm activated at 8am on first morning. Fire alarm, accidentally set off at 6am, on second morning, disturbing much needed sleep.

Liked: Location excellent, staff friendly. Comfortable mattress, spacious room
Disliked: Breakfast average-no oj, staff not checking on food levels, left scraps cart right by us for a time, no plug by bedside for cpap machine, toilet cistern took 40 mins to refill between flushes, water pressure low, toilet roll holder too low-awkward to get to. Handrail in shower too low.

Liked: Nice stuff, good location.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have any fruit, was missing chocolate powder or hot chocolate in the coffee machine and no cheese at all, I'd say it was a bit poor.

Liked: Location next to the nature reserve and with all local amenities was fantastic
Disliked: The room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, we had informed a member of staff as there were blood drops on the bathroom floor also, they said they would send housekeeping up. Housekeeping attended while we were out only to make the bed neat and replenish towels. The floor wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed and the bed sheets weren’t changed as requested. I informed staff again and again the same was done. We only stayed two nights so just dealt with it, would not have been happy to stay longer.

Liked: room was good, breakfast was very good, cleanliness of the place was really high, shower in the room was clean and very good. the staff were friendly and approachable, bar was good with a good selection.
Disliked: only issue i had was the heat in the hotel was rally high, I struggled to stay inside the bar and reception for an extended period of time, it was pleasant when I first arrived but quickly got stifling.
