Very good

Liked: I liked checking in was quick. Room was warm, tidy, clean. Checking out also quick. Staff nice, smiles all round.
Disliked: The fire alarm kept going off. I have sensory issues. So had to leave to get away from it. I couldn't use the lifts as fire alarm means it's a hazard. But I'd definitely go back. Can't judge a place on 1 visit.

Liked: Great facilities
Disliked: Needed more room for families in the pool, only 2 lanes where children could go the rest was adult only. So the 2 lanes for families where jam packed and uncomfortable, whilst the rest of the pool only had a couple swimmers in. The hotel room was very noisy with constant doors banging and could hear every step the people oIn room above us took on a creaking floor to our ceiling. We had little to no sleep came home exhausted. Not great when the reason we went was for a break and to relax.

Liked: Pool and Gym are superb and included in Club Room rate. Rooms are good size and beds comfy. Great for last minute 1 night getaway.
