Hotel and spa amazing but...

Liked: The spa was amazing.i loved the steam room,sauna,spa pool. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfy and the room was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit of a let down. No teaspoons anywhere. I had to ask for a fork as only tablespoons and knife on table. Coffee machine had only tea and coffee no hot chocolate.I had to walk to find milk.no napkins and only scrambled egg on offer but I did ask and they cooked fried eggs for me.The tip of one of the servers fell off and nearly landed on the floor.Apple and orange juice was very cheap tasting.
