A little disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was ok but nothing special, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A very hot room. We could not sleep well at all due to the heat. Staff must have noticed this as when we arrived there were a couple of extra fans already switched on in the room. The running fans were only serving as a heat source in the room. The noise from the airplanes was very loud hence they had the windows closed.

Wouldn’t return, quite run down....

Liked: Good location, close to Manchester airport
Disliked: Corridors could have been cleaner. Whole place need a refresh, fresh coat of paint. Very noisy - people/children knocking on our room door at 10pm and running away. Rooms absolutely roasting hot, air conditioning not working.

Not great....

Liked: Building was nice
Disliked: Rooms were small. Room 140 has a very noisy refrigeration fan outside, we were then moved to room 103 which was far too hot and meant a rubbish sleep. The pillows were too thick meaning even one was sore to sleep on
