Liked: Staff all very friendly and helpful.Gym was very well equipped.Breakfast was great value.
Disliked: Not enough lighting in our room. 1 bedside lamp and a recessed spot light by the door.

No Air-conditioning

Liked: Hotel was clean
Disliked: No air-conditioning in rooms, very uncomfortable to sleep as room was very hot and windows didn't open wide so no air flow into room. The room didn't come with breakfast, which was expensive to purchase on the day, and the hotel didn't offer any discounts for guests. Leisure facilities were also extra to purchase, which should be included in your stay. Booking confirmation didn't mention any of this. On the plus side, staff were very helpful and friendly, and the reception area is lovely and clean, and the on-site Starbucks is a nice touch

Apart from the noise enjoyable.

Liked: Clean, friendly, convenient
Disliked: Very noisy, there must have been an exercise class below our room as the music and instructor were very loud!
