Good functional place to stay,...

Liked: Decent environment with very clean rooms. Lively bar is good.
Disliked: The food in the bar was very bland, although breakfast was much better.

Great facilities and location shame...

Liked: That you have everything you need in one place
Disliked: That the house keeping start knocking on all the doors at 8.50 (and not just once) when check out isn’t until 11Surely there is a way to know who’s checked out early and leaving the guests alone who choose to stay until the formal noted check out time. Also the noise from the gym which started at 6am is not fun

Area convenient but not if...

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: It was boiling, basically couldn't sleep, no air con, windows barely open, fans did nothing. Awful sofa bed, felt every spring, shower dribbled out and either scolded you or froze you (which was welcome in the heat!)

Excellent staff and very clean...

Liked: All staff was lovely and polite and very helpful . Rahat the manager was very helpful and excellent at he job made sure everyth with the stay was 100 percent. We stayed at this hotel a few times and will be going back again also we have booked to spend are Xmas there as our 6 yr old loves it

Exhausting and overwhelming.

Disliked: Issue with room. Outside temp was high, in our room the heaters came on and wouldn't go off. Got a member of staff who said 'they wouldn't be able to sleep in it.' Was unsafe. No other rooms available. Took kids to my sister's small room where they slept on the floor. The gentleman was incredibly supportive and apologetic and said I would get refunded for room. Saw staff in morning who seemed to not care and very unresponsive. Said he would email is we can be compensated. Heard nothing.

Not great for us because...

Liked: The pool was lovely but people were not using the showers after the hot tubs etcThe room was very comfortable and they catered for our disabilities. Sadly our car broke down and we needed to be towed home so we didn’t get to enjoy the experience properly
Disliked: The restaurant was poor more like a public bar. My Calamari was inedible the manager deleted it from the bill. The staff were helpful.
