Exceptional customer service - great...

Liked: Exceptional customer service from check-in throughout our stay. Great staff! Everyone was kind, helpful, friendly but professional. Really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Slow service for food on the Friday evening. Advised of an hours wait but thankfully not that long - however staff kept us fully informed and it was obvious they were working hard to reduce times. Excellent attitude to resolving an issue.

it was overall a nice...

Liked: hotel was lovely, could do with a bit of updating as the bathroom was a bit tatty,bed was so incredible and so comfy,breakfast was ok but fairly standard nothing special,
Disliked: the 2 gentlemen that checked us in weren't very friendly, we had prebooked breakfasts but they weren't on our room despite me showing an email confirmationthe bathroom could do with updating as the shower kept leaking on to the floor..
