Disliked: nothing to be honest. on arrival it?s self check out waiting a long time to see someone regarding the my vehicle as the parking was included in the room, he checked me in and just told me my vehicle is included. I went upstairs and come to realise he didn?t take my registration number so went downstairs and waiting to see a member of staff yet again only then was my reg added to my booking. the room was still being refurbished the ceiling was in plaster and the fact that the shower room had chipped paint. the room was extremely hot which they gave a fan for , don?t leave the window open all you?ll hear is the blind bang against the wall. there?s hardly any space to put your clothes ( if your single then that?s fine but in a club room surely there should be more room). my husband unpacked where as my clothes were still in the suitcase. before my friends wedding we decided to have a meal on the night before, disappointing only four of the guest got their meals until their system went down and we didn?t receive our food like an hour later we was asked to pay in cash when originally it was card only or they said we can charge the room which I thought that was wrong. overall that night was shambles. I booked breakfast for two days but in fact was charged for three and we was not even on the list was more frustrating. we thought the pool and sauna was exclusive to the hotel, no it?s not it?s a leisure centre for the locals so I wasn?t comfortable with the amount of people entering the pool so didn?t end up using it. the DM claimed it?s on their website well that doesn?t help people on booking.com the whole hotel smelt like chlorine even on the second floor. the temperature was constantly hot I don?t want to imagine the summer in this place. I was refunded the charge for my breakfast for the inconvenience however still waiting for the late checkout.
