Liked: It was a lovely nice place shame about the staff
Disliked: Everything was awful the staff were very nasty they made us feel uncomfortable unliked and unwelcome. My disabled partner is partially deaf and they were constantly asking him to keep the noice down

Liked: Hotel location was perfect. Front of house was clean
Disliked: Rooms are none smoking and yet I opened the door to the overpowering smell of smoke . When opening the window I could clearly see the old cigarette stubs on the room in front of me . How could the cleaning staff sigh this room off as clean when it was obviously not up to standard. The room above me . Was noisy. Loud conversations on his phone until 2-30 am only once did anyone go up and tell him to keep the noise down . Hardly a good night’s sleep and I’m sure i wasn’t the one
