Generally the hotel looks a bit tired and standards need sharpening up to justify the cost. There are more modern hotels within the city centre for a similar or lower cost, albeit without the leisure facilities.

Liked: Restaurant staff very good; breakfast selection excellent; location ideal for stadium access and Headlingley; huge car park; Starbucks on site.
Disliked: Rooms a bit tired; pool congested; wi-fi poor signal strength in room; cleanliness average; reception toilet facilities poorly maintained; towels in leisure centre too small.

Fabulous value for money. Comfort...

Liked: I’d read the other reviews. Wondered why it was so much cheaper than Leeds south, but this site is brilliantly located and well worth it.
Disliked: Look- it is a bit of a maze, but once you find your room you appreciate how great it is. Lovely setting. Nice facilities and close to some incredible restaurants.

Good location but fairly basic

Liked: Good location for where we needed to be for a family gathering
Disliked: It’s a big place but I found it pretty basic for the price. Bathroom very basic. Only 1 hand towel, just 2 coat hangers in the room.

Murray does Leeds

Liked: Location, colour scheme,Shower.
Disliked: Only one sheet to keep you warm on bed no duvet or blanket available .35 pounds for breakfast is very pricey sausages only half cooked.

Disappointing

Liked: over priced average food. Uncomfortable bed which was not suitable for families. Most of the staff was lovely, just one employee was rude.Room was hot and fans were not working well. TV wasn't working. No phones to call reception and unable to get a responce when calling the hotel
Disliked: Close to family we were visiting
